jaz quintuple homozygous mutant generated by genetic crossing of: jaz1-2 (derived from JIC-SM.22668/CS110719), jaz3-4 (derived from GK-097F09/CS409285), jaz4-1 (derived from SALK_141628), jaz9-4 (derived from GK-265H05/CS425433), jaz10-1 (derived from SAIL_92_D08/CS872819). jaz3-4 and jaz9-4 lines were backcrossed to Col-0 to remove unlinked T-DNA insertions, and jaz10-1 was backcrossed to Col-0 to remove a qrt1-2 mutation present in the SAIL lines.
