Description:
Transgenic line containing the InvINH2 (At5g46950) promoter region fused to GFP. The 5’ flanking region of InvINH2 (2238 bp), including the entire 5’ intergenic region and the coding region encoding the first seven amino acids, was amplified from Col-0 genomic DNA and cloned into the binary vector pBN-GFP to create the promoter fusion construct (pInvINH2-GFP). Col-0 plants were transformed by the floral dip method. Kanamycin resistant. Homozygous for the transgene.
