sde2-1 mutant isolated from a population of EMS-mutagenized coilin mutant (hgf1-8) seedlings homozygous for the Target transgene (CS69639). The sde2-1 mutation (C to T transition, Chr 4:433348) introduces a premature stop codon: W127*. Homozygous for the T locus (Target transgene) and both mutations. M3 generation was donated.
