Description:
Transgenic line expressing a PGX3-GFP fusion protein driven by the PGX3 promoter (ProPGX3:PGX3-GFP). A 2072-bp promoter-containing fragment upstream of the PGX3 start codon and the full PGX3 CDS were amplified from Col genomic DNA and Col cDNA, respectively, then ligated by overlap PCR. The final product was cloned into pMDC110 to generate the ProPGX3:PGX3-GFP construct, which was then transformed into Col plants. Hygromycin resistant. Homozygous for the transgene.
