Transgenic PGX3 overexpression line. The PGX3 coding sequence was cloned into pEarleyGate101 to generate a pro35S:PGX3-YFP construct, which was then transformed into Col plants to generate PGX3 OE lines, which were then selected using methionine sulfoximine. Homozygous for the transgene.
