Description:
Transgenic line. A 3712-bp fragment composed of the region 2313 bp upstream of the PGX2 translation initiation site and the full genomic DNA of PGX2 without its stop codon were amplified and cloned into the binary vector pMDC110 to generate a PGX2pro:PGX2-GFP construct. Col plants were transformed using the floral dip method. Hygromycin resistant. Homozygous for the transgene.
