Description:
Transgenic PLL12 overexpression line. The PLL12 coding sequence was cloned into entry vector pCR8/GW/TOPO, then inserted into destination vector pEarleyGate 101. The overexpression construct (35Spro:PLL12) was then transformed into the Col-0 background and homozygous plants were selected using methionine sulfoximine.
