Description:
mbd5 mbd6 double mutant generated by CRISPR/Cas9. A CRISPR guide for the MBD5 gene was cloned in the AtU6-26-sgRNA cassette and the PCR product was cloned into the pYAO::hSpCas9 destination plasmid. The final vector was transformed in mbd6-1 mutant plants (derived from SALK_043927) by floral dipping. The CRISPR/Cas9 transgene has been segregated out.
