Description:
msl10-1 mutant overexpressing VAP27-1-GFP from the UBQ10 promoter. msl10-1 plants (CS72449) were crossed to the transgenic line expressing GFP-labelled VAP27-1 under the control of the UBQ10 promoter (CS73311). Basta resistant. F2 seeds segregating for the msl10-1 allele and UBQ:VAP27-1-GFP transgene were donated (VAP27-1-GFP silences in the F3 generation).
