Description:
Transgenic line expressing MSL10-GFP and mRFP-VAP27-3 under the control of their respective promoters. The mRFP-VAP27-3 construct was transformed into Col-0 plants expressing the MSL10p:MSL10-GFP transgene (CS73322) and transformed plants were identified by kanamycin resistance. T2 seeds were donated. Homozygous for the MSL10p:MSL10-GFP transgene; segregating for the VAP27-3p:mRFP-VAP27-3g transgene.
