Stable transgenic PhiC31 serine integrase target line (CS73386) also expressing a PhiC31 integrase under the pGATA23 promoter. Col-0 plants were transformed using the floral dip method. Kanamycin/hygromycin resistant. Segregating for the target construct, homozygous for the integrase construct.
