Description:
Transgenic line carrying the ATML1p:LGO transgene for over-expression of Loss of Giant cells from Organs (LGO) and the fluorescent membrane marker pLH13 (p35S::mCitrine-RCI2A) which consists of mCitrine tagged to RARE-COLD-INDUCIBLE 2A (RCI2A) protein driven by the CaMV 35S promoter. The membrane marker silences frequently, and hence requires screening in each generation.
