Description:
Transgenic line carrying the ATML1p:LGO transgene for overexpression of Loss of Giant cells from Organs (LGO) and the fluorescent membrane marker pLH13 (p35S::mCitrine-RCI2A) in an ftsh4-5 mutant background. pLH13 consists of mCitrine tagged to RARE-COLD-INDUCIBLE 2A (RCI2A) protein driven by the CaMV 35S promoter. The membrane marker silences frequently, and hence requires screening in each generation.

The epidermis has a greater number of highly endoreduplicated cells. The sepals have less curvature and have variable size and shape. The leaves are serrated and wrinkled. They also have mCitrine expression in the membrane.
