Description:
Transgenic line expressing integrase-based, history-dependent recorder of gene expression, PhiC31 then Bxb1 history dependent integrase target with pUBQ10. Initial fluorescent expression (expressed with pUBQ10) is BFP switching to RFP with the first PhiC31 integrase switch and then from RFP to GFP with the second Bxb1 integrase switch. The 'out of order' Bxb1 integrase switch (occurring before PhiC31 switching) causes a loss of BFP fluorescence.
