Transgenic line expressing integrase-based, history-dependent recorder of gene expression, PhiC31 then Bxb1 history dependent target with p35S, with PhiC31 expression under control of the AHP6 promoter and with an NLS. T2 seeds which are not segregated for pAHP6::PhiC31-NLS construct, most seedlings should show a switch from BFP to RFP expression in xylem pole, xylem pole pericycle, and lateral root cells.
