Description:
Transgenic line expressing integrase-based, history-dependent recorder of gene expression, PhiC31 then Bxb1 history dependent target with p35S, with PhiC31 expression under control of the SPEECHLESS promoter. T2 seeds which are not segregated for pSPCH::PhiC31 construct, half of seedlings should show a switch from BFP to RFP expression in cells in the stomatal differentiation lineage as integrase switch occurs in the stomatal precursor meristemoid cell.
