Description:
Transgenic line expressing integrase-based, history-dependent recorder of gene expression, Bxb1 then PhiC31 history dependent target with p35S, with Bxb1 expression under control of the GATA23 promoter with a DST. T2 seeds which are not segregated for pGATA23::Bxb1-DST construct, most seedlings should show a switch from BFP to RFP expression in cells in the lateral root as the integrase switch occurs early in lateral root initiation.
