Description:
Transgenic line expressing integrase-based, history-dependent recorder of gene expression, PhiC31 then Bxb1 history dependent target with p35S, plus PhiC31 expression under control of pAHP6 and with an NLS and Bxb1 under control of pGATA23, with both integrases in the same construct. T2 seeds which are not segregated for the pAHP6::PhiC31-NLS;pGATA23::Bxb1 construct, around half of seedlings should show a PhiC31 switch from BFP to RFP in xylem pole and xylem pericycle cells and a subsequent Bxb1 switch from RFP to GFP in lateral root cells. All other cells should remain expressing BFP.
