adr1 nrg1 combined triple mutants; independent line of CRISPR/Cas9-generated higher-order mutant combining adr1-triple and nrg1-triple alleles; Cas9-free seeds selected using FAST-Red marker; validated by sequencing; ADR1 family (AT1G33560, AT4G33300, AT5G04720): Same mutations as adr1-triple (CR-14-1-2, CS), resulting in loss-of-function of ADR1, ADR1-L1, and ADR1-L2; NRG1 NRG1.2 (AT5G66910): T deletion at L58 (g110), causing frameshift and premature truncation; NRG1.2 to NRG1.1/NRG1.3:large 5.9 kb deletion spanning from V160 (g132) in NRG1.2 to R31 (g41) in NRG1.3, eliminating the start codon in NRG1.3 and removing most of NRG1.1 (Predicted protein size reduced from 79.4 to 6.86 kDa)
