Growth Requirement: store seeds at 4C or -20C for long-term viability; plants are screened on 1/2 MS medium supplemented with Gamborg's B5 vitamins and 20 microg ml 1 of hygromycin, before being transferred to soil and grown at 22C, 50% RH, and 16:8 photoperiod
