| pAGO2:3xHA-AGO2-DDD | The coding sequence of AT1G31280 (AGO2) was amplified from Col-0 with an in frame N-terminal triple HA epitope sequence added. The 5' regulatory sequence of AGO2 was PCR amplified from Col-0 and ultimately ligated upstream of the HA-AGO1 coding sequence. The AGO2 3' regulatory sequence was PCR amplified from Col-0 and ultimately ligated downstream of the 5'-AGO2:HA-AGO2 sequence.
