transgenic line for non-invasive imaging of defense responses in plants, bioluminescent jasmonate reporter; the masterline was transformed with a plasmid carrying hygromycin resistance cassette driven by pNos promoter and ocs terminator from A. tumefaciens and nnLuz_v423 under the control the ORCA3 promoter (826 bp upstream C.roseus ORCA3 start codon and terminator (385 bp downstream C.roseus ORCA3 stop codon)
