Description:
Set of 105 recombinant inbred lines (RILs) generated from the cross between the accessions Tacoma (Tac-1) as the female parent and Calver (Cal-0) as the male parent. These lines exhibit abundant genetic variation in germination behavior and germination plasticity to seed-maturation conditions. Recombinant lines were derived from F2 crosses and maintained for ten generations by single seed descent. Files with genotype data are available.
