This subpool (CS99302) consists of 90 independent transformants expressing artificial microRNAs (amiRNAs) designed to target homologous, possibly functionally redundant genes in forward genetic screens; represents a subpool of BNO amiRNA pool CS99428. Note that the larger pool CS99428 is recommended for forward genetic screening of many lines. Generated by transforming Col-0 plants with a combination of 20bp and 21bp amiRNA libraries (CD4-63 and CD4-73, respectively) in p35S::amiRNA3'OCS (pPHANTOM vector) targeting transcripts encoding proteins binding small molecules (BNO); excludes protein families in TransfacDB; protein family member functional classes: nucleotide binding (GO:0000166), other nucleic acid binding (GO:0003676), other binding (GO:0005488). Basta resistant.
