This subpool (CS99321) consists of 90 independent transformants expressing artificial microRNAs (amiRNAs) designed to target homologous, possibly functionally redundant genes in forward genetic screens; represents a subpool of CSI amiRNA pool CS99429. Note that the larger pool CS99429 is recommended for forward genetic screening of many lines. Generated by transforming Col-0 plants with a combination of 20bp and 21bp amiRNA libraries (CD4-64 and CD4-74, respectively) in p35S::amiRNA3 OCS (pPHANTOM vector) targeting transcripts encoding proteins that form or interact with protein complexes including stabilization of those (CSI); protein family member functional classes: protein.degradation, protein.synthesis, protein.postranslational (Mapman); protein binding (GO:0005515), structural molecule activity (GO:0005198).
