Description:
Set of 280 advanced intercross - recombinant inbred lines (AI-RILs) generated from the cross between the accessions Columbia (Col-0, WT-2) and Kendalville (Kend-L, WT-16-03). This population was generated using an advanced intercross (AI) design, capturing an increased number of recombination events. From the F2 progeny, 75 non-overlapping pairs of plants were randomly intercrossed for three generations to create advanced intercross lines. The resulting 280 lines were taken through six rounds of selfing without any intentional selection. Lines were genotyped at 181 markers, genotyping was carried out using the MassARRAY platform. Flowering time variation was analyzed in this mapping population. Genotype data is available.
