This set of five stocks can be used with the “Germination” module to investigate the germination response of various natural variants of Arabidopsis when exposed to different environmental stimuli. In this module, students will germinate five strains of Arabidopsis, collect and analyze data to determine the effect of different light and cold treatments on germination, and define concepts associated with genetics, growth and development.
